SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
MADE-TO-ORDER PROCESSING
Every item is printed to order in Australia by our fulfilment partner, OGO. Please allow approximately 3–7 business days for production before dispatch. Larger orders or temporary garment stock delays may require additional time.
AUSTRALIA
Standard shipping is A$9.95 and is estimated at 8–15 business days at checkout. Standard shipping is free automatically when your order contains two or more items.
Express shipping is A$15.00 and is estimated at 5–12 business days at checkout. Express delivery speeds up delivery after dispatch; the normal production period still applies.
INTERNATIONAL
International shipping is available to the destinations displayed at checkout and is currently A$20.00. Delivery time varies by destination and is in addition to production time. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges applied by the destination country.
TRACKING
Australian orders receive Australia Post tracking when dispatched. You will receive a shipping confirmation at the email address used for your order. International tracking updates may take longer to appear; contact us through our Contact page if you need help locating an international shipment.
ADDRESS CHANGES
Check your delivery address carefully before paying. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after OGO has received or begun producing the order.
DELAYS, LOSS OR DAMAGE
Carrier estimates are not guaranteed. If tracking has not moved for an unusual period, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us through our Contact page with your order number. We will investigate with OGO and the carrier and provide any remedy required under Australian Consumer Law.
