TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms of Service apply when you visit or buy from The Bhakti Collective. By using this store, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy, Shipping, and Return and Refund policies.
ABOUT OUR STORE
The Bhakti Collective is an independent Krishna-conscious apparel and goods brand. Unless expressly stated, we are not officially affiliated with or endorsed by ISKCON or any temple, organisation or institution.
ORDERS AND PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless Shopify shows another currency. Orders are accepted when payment is confirmed. We may cancel or refund an order if a product is unavailable, information is incorrect, payment cannot be processed or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.
MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Our products are printed to order by our fulfilment partner, OGO. Small differences in colour, print placement and screen display may occur within normal production tolerances. Product images are illustrative; please read the product details and size guide before ordering.
SHIPPING, CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Production, delivery, address changes and cancellations are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy. Contact us immediately if you need to correct an order. Changes cannot be guaranteed after production begins.
RETURNS AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
STORE CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Bhakti Collective name, original artwork, photographs, copy, graphics and store design are owned by us or used with permission. You may browse and share links to the store for personal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, sell, modify or commercially exploit our content without written permission.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You must not use this store for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful or abusive activity; interfere with its security or operation; upload malicious code; or infringe another person’s rights.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Shopify, OGO, payment providers and delivery carriers help us operate the store. Their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices. Links to external sites are provided for convenience and do not make us responsible for their content.
ERRORS AND AVAILABILITY
We may correct product descriptions, prices, promotions, availability or other store information at any time. If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate option, including a refund where required.
LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the store or products. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including rights under Australian Consumer Law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version displayed when you place an order applies to that order unless the law requires otherwise.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and applicable Commonwealth laws.
